Employment Requirements:

  • All applicants must have clean criminal and driving records.  Background checks will be processed. 
  • Valid Driver’s License for minimum 2 years and have a good driving record.
  • Complete a pre-employment physical and back exam.
  • Complete and maintain all relevant trainings as mandated by State regulations.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

GUARANTEED 40 HOURS PER WEEK, EXCELLENT BENEFITS, PAID TRAINING, SET SCHEDULE, OVERTIME AVAILABLE, EVENING, OVERNIGHT AND WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE

We are currently seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to work in a variety of our programs, including Residential, Day, and Personal Supports Programs. The following shifts are available:

  • Evening Shift – 4pm -12pm
  • Overnight Shift – midnight to 8am
  • Weekend Shift – midnight Friday thru midnight Sunday

Direct Support Professionals are responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide direct supervision and support to individuals in your care, assisting them with daily living skills, personal care, transportation, leisure activities, community integration, medical needs, and medication administration.
  • Completes documentation as required by the State and Agency guidelines and deadlines.
  • Maintains positive, professional working relationships.
  • Residential employees are responsible for general household tasks and maintain a clean and sanitary home in accordance with COMAR and Health Department Standards.
  • Implements and follows the individuals’ Person Centered Plan, Behavior Support Plan (if applicable), and Nursing Care Plan.
  • Completes all required DDA training, including but not limited to CPR/First Aid, MANDT, Medication Administration Certification,
  • Administers and documents medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements as delegated by the Agency RN.
  • Provides transportation via company vehicles as needed. The DSP must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and meet Agency driving requirements.
  • Attends and actively participates in scheduled meetings.
  • Display dignity and respect to everyone at all times.
  • Supports individuals in decision making and planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour, dependent on position and experience.

VAN DRIVER

We are currently seeking a part-time driver to transport individuals from their home to our center in the morning and afternoon. You will be given an assigned route of individual homes for pickup. This position will be a split shift working Monday through Friday. The morning portion of the shift will be from 6:00am – 8:00 am, and the afternoon portion will be from 2:00pm -4pm. Times may very slightly dependent of assigned route. Driver’s will typically average 20 hours per week.

Applicants must be able to:

  • Complete required on-the-job training such as CPR and Passenger Assisted
  • Have a good driving record and clean criminal record.
  • Have at least 3 years driving experience
  • Lift at least 50 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Driver’s must wear a mask and keep windows cracked for ventilation. Daily temperature checks are required.


DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL-PART TIME

We are currently seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals to work in a variety of our programs, including Residential and Personal Supports Programs. The following shifts are available:

  • Weekend Shift – 12 hour shift on Saturday and Sunday (e.g. 8a -8p or 9a-9p)

RN CASE MANAGER

 

Full-time, Monday thru Friday, RN Case Manager with SIGN-ON BONUS!

We are currently hiring two Registered Nurses for day shift and evening shift. Flexible 32 hours per week schedule that offers a favorable work/life/family balance. Currently offering a $3000 dollar sign on bonus and includes excellent benefits!!! Perfect opportunity for working parents or working while completing higher education. Both positions are scheduled Monday through Friday. The day RN works 32 hours per week between the hours of 8am-5pm that can be flexed to fit your schedule. The evening RN works 32 hours between the hours of noon -10pm that can be adjusted to accommodate your schedule.

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Delegating Nurse is a full-time position.

Primary Nursing Tasks:

  • 45-day nursing assessments
  • Care plan development
  • Staff training and oversite
  • Medical liaison
  • Coordination of care
  • Site visits
  • Patient advocacy.
  • On call triage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
